The issue of charging insertion fees incorrectly has been acknowledged and rectified. Just received the following generic email....

 

Dear user,
You recently listed an item on eBay.com.au, and were incorrectly charged an Insertion Fee as part of your listing. 
We’ve refunded this fee to your original form of payment. Please allow 3 days for this payment to be processed.

Still unable to adjust STORE from the app, able to on computer…reported 3 times

Still no ‘store’ in the Hub, so the workaround is type in ‘edit store’ on the Help Pages…..and there it is 😞
