WHAT A JOKE! EACH TIME BEING TOLD, IT WILL BE SORTED SOON THEY ARE HAVING DIFFICULTIES PROCESSING IT!

is your problem about a postage label as i have been waiting 3 months for an error when i printed off 2 labels  by mistake

after i posted on here about waiting 3 months for a credit i rang customer support and they gave me a credit back while i was on the phone.....dont know why they couldnt have done that before with the emails i've been sending

Emailing ebay is generally a waste of time as you have already discovered.

You need to speak with them personally if you ever want anything done.

why would it be a credit from a seller? They would provide a refund yes?

Annie was merely providing questions to elicit information which could assist in her and other members providing you with beneficial information.

It is not uncommon for the terms credit and refund to be used interchangeably.

To answer your hostile and condescending rhetorical question directed towards a kind member who was purely trying to help you, yes, a seller could have offered you a credit for you to use with them, it is not uncommon.
