HELP!!! Listings are not shown on store page!- almost 50days!

Hi guys,

After my holiday I turned off ‘time away’ mode, then my whole listings are not shown on my shop page. It shows ‘ there is no inventory in your location’ and on ebay desktop site it shows ‘ all items are sold out’.  

I tried to call ebay customer service since last month- almost 50days! However, they are useless! 

Even the error still there but ebay still charge my store subscription fee.  I try to request a credit but no respond neither —— good job ebay! That is how you treat your client!

Does anyone have this issue before? Please let me know! I am so hopeless!

There certainly seem to be issues.

You are showing no listings in store or not.

How did you contact eBay?

Was there any response?

The only reliable way to contact eBay these days is through Live Chat. Your issue would probably need you to insist, politely, on talking to a supervisor. I would certainly be seeking a refund of store fees.

I can see 158 of your listing  on a search,  but all in the store are out of stock.

I contacted them via Live chat and phone calls. They all did the same thing- escalated my issue to whatever department… 

Yes, I requested refund but bo respond.

Thanks Sugar. Yes, whenever I refresh my store page, it shows ‘ no inventory ‘ ‘ 158 listings’ and sometimes only one listing…

I could see listings, but only for  a few seconds, then all categories out of stock

at least you still are getting sales, must be thru the search where I can see your listings.   Still need to hassle them to fix the store, plus refund though, as you will be missing some sales

Very strange. Checked your store and nothing listed. Clicked on completed and you have had a few sales in the last month so checked the listing for one of those and clicked on ' see sellers other items' ( mainly out of habit- I don't like store layout) and could see 158 items.

So you do have active listings?? Just not showing in store but still showing in searches and other items??? That is so strange.

We had someone with a similar issue recently, cant remember if/how they solved it.

They did manage to get it resolved eventually but not sure how. Might be something useful in there in the comments?
