HOW DO I CONTACT AN EBAY MEMBER - I HAVE HIS USER NAME, BUT DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO

Apparently a member wants to do BIN on one of my items, which is ending within the next 24 hours.

Ebay has sent me a message saying "They called us because they are unable to either place a bid or commit to buy due to the requirements on your listing even after doing the phone verification process".

So I am wondering what I have done wrong & maybe no one will be able to bid, or do BIN, on any of my listings ?

I need to contact the member & I have his user name, but don't know how to make contact.

Please can some kind person tell me what I need to do ?

To contact the member enter his ID here Find a member

Then click on their ID and to the right click on Contact Member.

I will try and place a bid to see if it works but I will then retract it.

I was able to place a bid so there should not be any problem with others placing a bid unless you have some sort of blocks in place to prevent certain members from bidding/buying.

Go to your my ebay page and hover your mouse over account and from the drop down click on Site Preferences and then to the right of buyer requirements click on show and see what if any blocks you have in place.
