Multiple quantity listings often stay active but with the Out Of Stock message, particularly if it is an item the seller will be restocking.
If they end the listing they lose their selling history and consequently their place in the searches.

You are not communicating with ebay. We are members just like yourself.
Go to your Purchase history and use the drop down menu.
It only goes back to 2015

You are not talking to eBay here just members like yourself on the help forum.
Firstly you should never post personal details on a public forum - if that was your password change it immediately.
You can contact eBay through "help and contact" at the top of the page and ask them if they will remove the non-payer strikes from your account - that is what may well be stopping you from purchasing as many sellers have blocks in place for non-payers.
BUT eBay are very reluctant to remove strikes from buyer's accounts especially if they've ever had them before.
