Could anyone define "Hand made" when included in a listing description on ebay?

I really can't see any listings when I click the "View Listings" link
I already have a dolls house that my Grandfather gave to me when I was 14 (3 decades ago) and a little old for dolls houses.
I loaned it(in pristine condition) to my little cousins who loved it ,and I got it back some 10 years later in very used condition.
It's been with me ever since with nobody using it as I had sons only.
I want to revamp it soon and make it a show piece, even better than it was before.
Grandpa made it from scratch and I was very proud of how lovely it looked.
It was many years before I found out he bought the plans from an advertisement in the paper. I thought he'd designed it himself and I was a little miffed, but what the hell, Grandpa was a craftsman not an artist.
If I ever get a reply from the group I'll let you know.

Hi annies_fancy_dress
I have also tried through view listing and can not see anything so will have to get onto ebay (thanks for letting me know)
Thanks for sharing your dolls house story. How special to have one that your Grandpa made. Think of all the love that went into it. I agree you should restore it you never know your sons may have daughters for you to give it to.
Regards
Katrina

The forums have recently changed hosts and one of the current "glitches" is that when you click on 'View Listings', it directs to eBay.com (US site) instead of eBay Australia, so unless a seller's items are available to the US, it will show as having no items listed.
The quickest way to get to a seller's listings (as noted by sir-sales ) is after clicking View Listings, add .au after eBay.com in the URL bar then hit enter.

Thank you.
Unfortunately I think ebay is not the best place to sell them due to the postage doubling the price. May start on craft markets when the weather gets a bit better.

that kind of makes sense, because you sew the material together to make the product, so in effect you are assembling the product. I don't know anything about doll's houses, so why would the concept be different - ie using a prefabricated kit to build/make etc ? I mean the person would still have to have the knowhow of how to put it all together and make it look nice etc, wouldn't they?
years ago there was this magazine you could buy and each time it came out it came with a bit more of the dolls house to build and decorate etc. The magazine was kind of the instructions etc, but everything you needed to build it came in the packet with the magazine.
but I still had to sand it all and paint, stain, glue, wallpaper, tile, etc, get the electricity working etc - it did have some furniture too, mostly came flatpacked though, so I still had to construct it, stain and upholster it etc - then I just added other stuff to finish it that I either made or bought.
I got all the landscaping stuff for outside from a model train shop, but I still had to put it all together kind of thing and design it.
I would have thought that was pretty hand made.
Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.
