Just received a parcel back in the mail.

A customer had contacted me to let me know the item had not arrived and 2 x weeks had passed.

I then managed to find a replacement item so sent it off.

Today I got it back with a letter saying it arrived with the first orriginal item.

Very grateful to this honest buyer and that the orriginal parcel finally got to it's destination

Most buyers, and sellers, are honest. It only appears otherwise as it it the transactions which have problems that come to the boards.  In all my years selling on ebay I only have one buyer who I even suspected was dishonest and it was proven she was when she tried to rip off buyers as well as sellersand had her account closed.
