Really....??
Try Telstra......
and they are a bloody communications company
Edited to say more....
Seriously - how bad is that?
a "COMMUNICATION' company that can,t 'COMMUNICATE' verbally, one on one, unless you are prepared to
1. Wait for an hour and a half (coz I have nothing better to do)
But wait, you can
2. Go the website and discuss stuff with a drone, on line, no verbals.
or
3. actually, there was no three.......
I hung up

Customer Service - imagine the trashing of our stars, not to mention feedback, if we failed to provide 'Customer Service" LOL

My recent experience with customer service..
Saturday 03 May 10.30 am call answered immediately. (no resolution to problem)
Saturday 03 May 1045 am call answered immedietely. ( no resolution to problem)
Wednesday 07 May 4.00pm On hold for 53 minutes before call answered (no resolution to problem)
Friday 09 May 1.00pm selected call back and was called back in 12 minutes. Finally resolution to problem.
Needless to say in future I will be using the call back service.
Each phone call i made I was given promises of action within certain time frames. Which never happened.
I think maybe the operators that do the call back service have more authority to act or are at least more experienced.
