Hassle free returns?

Has anyone else had a read of the new "Hassle free returns" system and what do you think?

I had a read of the returns sections where the buyer is responsible for not only refunding the inital postage but also the return postage of the item if the buyer claims the item is not as described. Sounds like this is another way where unscrupulous buyers can take advantage of the system...

There's lots of threads on this.  It is totally open to scamming.  Thankfully it's only 30 days, not 180.

I'm interested now to here from sellers that have been through the process.
