Have ebay postage label issues been sorted out yet?

Hi guys

I don't want to contact ebay themselves as last time I tried that they gave me wrong info.

As I recently purchased a bulk quantity of Bx4 boxes (with view to using ebay labels/flat rate) I am just wondering

where things are at? Am I safe to use the labels with them at the moment?

I don't know abut B4, but 500g and 3kg satchel and B1 box labels are working fine for me.

From ebay yesterday about the postage labels, "....we want you to know that we’re working hard to prevent disruptions like this happening again....", which seems to imply that it has been fixed for the time being.

Noticed today when printing out an express post label (custom dimentions) under 500grams that it printed out with a 22kg max weight.

Yup ~ same here ~ scanned no worries & shows in tracking as accepted
