I have just left feedback for two items but a sign comes up saying either: the number (which is quoted) doesn't exist, OR i have already left feedback. Both wrong, has anyone else had this problem.
Always check when that message come up. You will often find that the feedback has been left despite the message. If it has not been left just try again...it will usually work the second time.
Thank you, so I need to accept that a message is not always correct! A bit confusing, but will accept that I HAVE left feedback even though the message says my item doesn't exist.
my feedback was for those two items, but eBay advised that the item numbers did not exist, even though they were correct. I now realise that I need to ignore that sort of a message! thanks for your answer.
this often happens to me, especially when I do a few at a time,and forget where I was, all you have to do is check the buyers feedback and you will see if it is there.
