A person bought an item a little while ago and paid for it. I printed thre postage label. Then I received this email:-
"I should have asked first dose it contain the dongle and is Evey thing there that should be and has it been used before and has it been registered
I hope I have not bought a dud If I did It will be returned for a refund."
I have emailed back to say I will cancel the sale and refund her. She has not replied.
Any advice is welcome please.

Well first we need to know ... dose it contain the dongle and is Evey thing there that should be and has it been used before and has it been registered?
if all that information is included in your description, just grit your teeth and reply politely addressing her concerns, saying it is in the description.
Sometimes buyers just don't realise how rude their message sounds.
Why would you offer to cancel?

I'd say take plenty of pics as you are packing it up to send, if you do send it.
Also get an accurate weight (recorded on the PO receipt) of the package you send so that if it is returned with anything missing the weight will be significantly different.
I would also make it SOD as well.

It sounds ike a case of buyers remorse to me otherwise why did the buyer complete the purchase without asking these questions beforehand. Perhaps they bought it and now have plans to get it for nothing by saying the item is not as described and then plan to ask for a refund. I don't really know for sure. But perhaps this a warning for you not to complete the purchase. I would be very suspicious of this buyer.

Also, if your item has a serial number make sure you make a note of it on your records.

This is the email I sent her immediately upon receiving hers:-
Hello,
It does not contain the dongle as this is meant to be used with the Pfaff creative suite which does contain the dongle, I did say in the auction that this was for use with creative customizing software.
The box contains everything that was with it when it was purchased - the disc for loading the program and the instruction book.
Would you like to cancel the sale and I will refund your money?
Cheers,
