Help for ebay promotion and ad option

Hello Friends,

I just started selling on ebay.au from 2nd of feb 2026, I know there is promotion listing option exist, but i couldnt find it on my ebay selling option, and also on my advertising option is off too... i have already made 6 sales, and my sellers standard is above standard.. just wondering when would i be able to use promotion option for my store? thank you!

The rules say you have to have ‘enough’ seller activity?? 
You could go to HELP (top of page) and ask an agent
