lm looking for help with a reply to two nuetral feedback l have recieved.
The first one was a couple of weeks ago , l have sold a body for a reborn doll kit , l recieved a nuetral as customer stated they recieved arms ,legs but no head or body, the listing was only for a body,so they didnt recieve any arms or legs.
Today l recieved a nuetral because they didnt read the listing properly and thought they were buying a completed doll.
Could others please look at these listings and give me ideas how l can make it any more clear what they will be recieving.
Thanks
Carol

As you have your listings set to private we are not able to confirm what you have stated in your listing for the items in question.
But IF you have stated in the description clearly what will be received and there is no way to misinterpret them then you can call ebay and they might remove the feedbacks if they can see the description states what they claim was wrong.

You have a photo of the complete body with head, arms and legs and to some the whole thing is a body NOT just the torso.
If you ONLY selling the torso then that is all you should have pictured NOT the complete body parts as well.

You need to make the gallery pic a photo of just the item that is included in the listing, if you want to add other photos of a completed doll then I would make it obvious that they are NOT included in the photo itself as many people won't read the listing.
I'm also not sure why you have your listings set to private as it turns many people off as it is often assosciated with scam listings

I was asked to put them as private by a customer who bought the kit to make the baby to resell, she didnt want others to see where the kit came from and how much she had paid.
I have left it like that thinking it was a good idea as a lot of my sales are to people who make the babies to resell .
Thanks

You should certainly be able to get the first one removed as the buyer has admitted she didn't read the listing properly:-)

If someone wants to buy from you and then resell they can simply use a different ID to sell. That's what most people do.
