They are not in my Inbox and they do not show on my item selling page. I have had some enquiries on my items which I have answered also .... so, where could they be? Is the ebay system wrong?
Thanks.

Do not click on that link that you received as it sounds like spam just delete it

It's not an email link. It's in the actual ebay messaging system here and shows above when I go into my inbox.

We get these reports of unanswered questions when I know we have answered everything.
What I put it down to is when a buyer just responds to say "thank you" or something similar.
That message goes without a response and hence seems to count towards your unanswered questions list.
Just my thoughts on this one.

Correct, clarry.
I just ignore them.

That might, kind of, make sense if I have had 11 questions or more, but I haven't. I haven't even had a reply of a thank you to my answered questions either. However, it does sound like something is *off* with the ebay questions system though.

How can I mark them as answered if I can't see them? These ones are not showing, not anywhere that I can see anyway.

When you view the list of items with questions, you can click on the link on the right side. The last choice is Mark as Answered.
For this list, it includes things that aren't actually questions. Even if you answered a question and then the buyer writes back and just says thank you, that is included as a new question. Best to just mark them all as answered and start new.
To avoid getting them in the list in the first place, answer the questions you receive from there, not from clicking on the email.
Either way, it doesn't really matter.

You may have scroll down your inbox page. Only the first 8 or so emails will show at the start.
