Payment Received but Item still on my Awaiting Payment List

This one is a bit odd. Never seen this before.

A buyer has paid for an item.

I received the normal email payment notification from PayPal.

When I look in my PayPal account I can see a normal payment record.

But the item is remaining fixed on my SMPro Awaiting Payment list.

It will not move over to the awaiting shipping list.

Anyone else seen this before and know how to correct this?

I just tried marking the status as Payment Received. But that has made no difference.

Wow! Bit strange.
I just went into the Sales Record and Saved.
That moved it over to the Awaiting Shipment list.
