They are not in my Inbox and they do not show on my item selling page. I have had some enquiries on my items which I have answered also .... so, where could they be? Is the ebay system wrong?
Thanks.

I have the same problem as whitelines, there are no unanswered questions but at the top of the inbox it states I have 3 unanswered questions.
There are no thank yous sitting anywhere, nothing.
Also the number of unaswered questions changes sometimes but there have been no incoming messages.

Exactly, bumps-bargains. You cannot simply check them off or delete them because they are not showing, anywhere.
Mine has changed in number also, it went from 7 to 11 the other day and inbetween I answerd only 1 question.
It does sound like this is an ebay error.

I have also scrolled all the way to the bottom of my messages, they are not there either.

Like I said - ignore them.
Or click on the link in the notice, then mark them as answered.
Unless you get too many questions to keep track of which ones you have answered, it is really not a big issue.

Dave there is no link.
I go to My Ebay and then click on messages and at the top of the list it states there are 5 unanswered questions.
They don't exist and never existed on the other ID I have used in this thread.

Ignore them then. Or wait until a live one turns up, then mark them all as answered.

I have them too, but presumed it was because I hadn't answered the Ebay 'You can view your invoice' or 'Your Invoice for January' or whatever they say when you pay your fees by direct debit.

Ignore them??? I am obsessive about having everything done and dusted and the little message drives me crazy because I can't get rid of it.
