If you start a thread or make a comment post, then change your mind and would rather it be removed, simply click on "report inappropriate content" to the bottom left under your ID .  That's how you can contact the moderators and ask for it to be removed.

They're really quick to remove them too. I've asked a few times to have posts removed for various reasons, and they've been gone inside 10 minutes. As nice as it would be to be able to remove our own posts, it's great that the mods remove them quickly when requested.
