I am no longer getting the option to automatically relist 3 times if my item does not sell, is anyone else having this problem, or can you tell me why. I have been selling for many years.

This is what ebay says about how to become a power seller - "Have a minimum of 100 transactions and $1,000 USD in sales with Australian buyers over the past 12 months". Perhaps the $12k and $2k figures you are citing is related to something else.
If I'm incorrect please correct me, but I've taken this from ebay guidelines.
I don't think the auto relist is related to this anyway

That's a power seller yes but to not receive the 3 free relists it's being a power seller and selling $12K

What else could be the reason that I'm not receiving the 3 free relists?
I have tried every possible avenue asked every question and still nothing,I shouldn't even be classed as a power seller anymore.
If ebays guidelines say what you say then why can't I receive them?
Simple answer really if I think about it and it's because ebay are trying to make me leave lol.

Sigh ........ I have no idea. But if you read other threads on this you'll possibly find a seller in an identical situation to you. I do recall some sellers saying they've also tried everything and nothing makes that box reappear.

I complained to ebay about this and that's what I was told.
I haven't had the 3 free relist for over a year now because I'm a power seller.
I consistently sell over 100 items pa, but not $12k, but still get them.
It is AND not OR, so YOU are totally incorrect.
And I've been a PS for over 2 years.

If you sell over $12K in a year you're classified as a business seller, and once that happens it's irreversible. Obviously you're now classed as a business seller, and they don't get the free relists. It's got nothing to do with being a powerseller - whoever gave you that advice just confused powersellers with business sellers.
I don't know the answer to your problem of being a business seller, except to close all accounts and start again, but that has its own set of problems.

You have got to be joking a business seller?
I have sold only $14K in 2 and a half years so how is that a business seller?
So every time I contact ebay about not receiving the 3 free relists and they tell me the same answer so you're saying they are all telling me the incorrect answer.
So then explain to me why there are heaps of business sellers that receive the 3 free relists then?

It would be worthwhile for you to ask eBay directly what it is that makes you NOT able to relist automatically, yet others in an identical situation CAN relist automatically. Like I've mentioned previously, what eBay tells a member and what their experience is, IS correct for them. It should be consistent, but it seems not. Is it related to how many IDs you have? Is it related to whether you use Selling Manager Pro? Is it related to whether it's an auction or BIN? All I know is that it seems to be different for different IDs? Is there some "software glitch" from ebay's end that causes this? ............ who knows. I hope you find a way to restore that option. There are many threads on this issue to research.

Every reason was the same from different CS and that is because I have sold over $12K and more than 100 sales.
If someone can actually tell me how to get another opinion because I heard this from 2 supervisors already that this is the reason why I'm not receiving them any more I would be grateful.
I have actually been told by a friend that maybe I don't receive the 3 free relists anymore because ebay have seen that my listings do sell the first time around most of the time so there is no need for me to have the free relists, anyone think that might be the case?
As even ebay haven't admitted to that.
