no, getting possitive feedback and having a selling history will raise your selling limits.

Starting another id to circumvent a listing limit will get your accounts suspended from selling, perhaps permenantly.

There are various ways of increasing your listing limits but most of them take time and consistently good selling practice.

It is perfectly acceptable to sell on more than one id to take advantage of free listings but not to breach ebay policy.
