Hi everyone, I sold an item during xmas, sent reg.post, customer got it badly broken, (this was my first broken item) I ask for pictures, and refunded.
Customer took the time to go to the post office with the package and lodge a complain. Yesterday I got an email from her that Auspost send a cheque for the total + extra $10 and because it was made in her name, she will cash it and deposit the money in my account! This was really a big surprise and make my day thinking that honest buyers also are here.
