All of my items are handmade.
When I make a new listing, I click the "Handmade" option at the top of the item specs.
Today I was looking at my listings on a different browser and noticed that the ones that I had marked as "Handmade" were not showing up. So, curious to see what was going on, I open a listing and this is what I see... (refer pic).
So, if you choose "Handmade", your listings don't show up in the handmade filter, but if you choose the third option, Handmade, without the quotation marks, they do!!!
WHY ARE THERE TWO HANDMADE OPTIONS!!!!???? Is this considered an Ebay "improvement"????
So frustrating! Now I have to go back and redo the better part of 200 listings!
GRRRR

(My apologies, I'm not laughing at you and don't want to trivialise your frustration, because I understand it - I'm more laughing at eBay, for making a differentiation between handmade and "handmade").
By which I mean it's like they're putting this on listings
Edit: maybe it's to differentiate between handmade by others, and handmade by the seller - I sell some items that are technically handmade, but not handmade by me, and I know handmade cushion covers can be imported in bulk from some places.

LOL Digital, that's so funny/
Sums up the situation really.
Sometimes Ebay can "genuinely" make my head spin.

Hi Kope, yes I did mange to get it done in bulk, but not being very familiar with the tool, it's 30 wasted minutes of my life that I can't get back.

Maybe they got a "chocolate cookie", rather than a chocolate cookie.....

There is some talk of eBay setting up a separate section for handmade items. Maybe they are experimenting already.
