I'm not sure what a 'drop proces' is, but I doubt it's the answer.
Most small ($5mill or less) sellers seem to be experiencing throttling. I know that my sales are relatively static regardless of the number of items I have listed, and a couple of bigger than usual sales will almost guarantee no sales until that 'extra' profit has been absorbed.
Unless you are a big box seller - JB, Big W, Harvey Norman, Dick Smith, etc - you are not considered relevant to eBay's business model and you need to be satisfied with the crumbs you are given.
Plus you seem to be selling a fairly niche product, which will limit your potential buying audience.
No offense, but I just want a stubbie cooler to keep a stubbie cool, so I'm not a potential customer.

Yeah... I agree with the above. I have had everything from 50 to 350 items, and I still sell the same dollar amount each month (actually an average). e.g 100 one month, 95 the next, 105 the next. And I have NO restrictions on my account. Throttling is pretty well documented these days.
You can increase your sales, but you would need to drive your own traffic to your own stores / items. i.e. via newsletter email lists (outside of EBays newsletter), or your own social media accounts. It takes a lot of work initially to build a following.
And if you're doing that, you may as well have your own website and not pay Ebay fees, since youre doing most of the work anyway.
From the look of your stuff, youd probably make more by selling from a Facebook page / groups... escpecially coming up to Xmas.
I think your main problem though, is price - $24.95 for a stubby holder with a light is pretty expensive for the beer drinking stubby holder type market youre targeting... (official Game of thrones stubby holders are only $12! let alone some brand no one knows? the light just isnt worth an additional $12 on top of that)
ALSO most novelty items have a limit of $14 - $16 before they are priced out of the market.... thats not my opinion, thats a market standard. (its been talked about on the Aussie Shark Tank before too).

I have to agree with davewil. I can't imagine your items appealing to the mass market.
They are a rather expensive party novelty and how many party hosts would want to spend in excess of $20 for a stubby cooler for every guest when there might be 20 or 30 guests or more.
Across the boards there are many sellers of many different types of items asking the same question as you and there is really no simple answer. I think on the whole people are prioritising their spending or just not spending at all unless they are getting good value for money.

You're not, especially as you can buy the product from that site. I think it's OK if you're just being directed to information on a product, but not if you are able to purchase the item there.
I'm unsure why one would need a light in a stubby holder!

Another reason you're probably not getting many sales is that most of your items are in the wrong category. I doubt people would be looking for them in jewellery and travel tickets. I'd get on and change those categories because if eBay finds out you've listed in the wrong categories (you are violating the search manipulation policy), they will end all your listings and possibly sanction you. I'd also remove the website addresses, including the link to Amazon, because you are also in violation by doing that.

As above, you'll really need to get rid of all the off-site links etc if you want to list on eBay long-term.
That aside, more searchble keywords might help, by which I mean things relevant to use of the item, which you have in the description (where you mention briefly that it's designed for parties, boating, fishing etc) but not any of the titles. Perhaps you can also explain a little more about how that will be useful in certain circumstances, even if most people would understand (eg I can see them being popular at parties, a bit like a more expensive wine charm if everyone had a different colour - so, portable party lights and stubby coolers in one! ๐ , or any other situation where someone might be drinking in the dark and need to easily locate it, I suppose).
You also mention that you offer custom coolers - I didn't spot a listing where buyers can have them customised, but I think you might get a bit more interest if you can set up a listing or two at pre-set prices, and (if needed) you could limit the options for customising so cost won't exceed what you've allowed for in the listing price, and you might pick up a few more gift-buyers, especially at this time of year.
