You go to the 'awaiting postage' page and press download report and it gives you a csv files of all your current orders awaiting postage. Then I copy and paste just the names and address to another CSV file which is formatted for the Dymo program requirements, and sort by alphabetical. The program helps you set that up the first time you use it. You just have to make sure you copy the 'Post To' address and not the Buyer address because ebay gives you both in the report and they are not always the same. The I go to the DYMO program (I use Dymo Label V.8) and File/Import Data and Print. Confirm box and it will happily spit out a hundred labels quite quickly all in alphabetical order so I can easily find the one to match the label to the order.

If you need more help feel free to message me here!

One problem I do have with my Dymo is it freaks out at letter characters not in Aussie English. So any Swedish, French and Spanish addresses I have to double check because if they have characters above the letters I get gibberish from the Dymo instead. Surprisingly though he does know Russian and prints that out just fine. So if anyone knows how to fix that let me know please!

FYI they're called accented characters. It's probably a printer driver issue, though diagnosing character-set related problems with regards to printing can be a PITA. If you google it, there will no doubt be others who've encoutered the same things and have suggestions.

CD's and DVD's would be economical sent Large letter (125g)
260 x 360 x 20mm $2.20 or if you wanted tracking C5 prepaid envelopes for $4.70 each.

If you have an A4 inkjet or laser printer use A4 Avery label sheets and they have Word templates on their website for free download. Then just copy and paste the buyers address from either the order or PayPal email into the template in the next empty label position and print the single sheet.

This will even work for single or multiple labels per sheet.
