Soo **bleep** off now happened a few times,  some one win,s then pretends they didnt bid OMG that wasnt me ect sooo **bleep** off then get death threats if you write a bad review!!!

Do you open an Unpaid Item Dispute when you get non-paying bidders? Close it on day 8' if they don't pay by then. That is the proper way to deal with them. Seller gets their eBay fees credited back to them.

They can't leave feedback for you and you shouldn't leave feedback for them as you never had a completed transaction with them.
A seller can only leave positive comments for buyers, anything else is breach of policy.

The buyer will get a strike from ebay , 2 or more strikes will affect their ability to buy. Seller should block that id so they can't bid/buy their items again.

If a buyer doesn't pay, open an unpaid item dispute after 4 days, then exatly 4 days later, close the case to get your fees back. The buyer then gets a strike against their name. Once they have 2 strikes they find they can't buy from sellers who have blocks in place. If you have blocks in place, you won't have issues with repeat offenders.

Don't be tempted to leave a negative comment under positive feedback, it's a violation of policy and you could get a serious rap over the knuckles for it.
