Although it is only in the UK, it means that those sellers who pass muster can earn a fee for each and every resolution they provide.

If it works out well for ebay, you never know, they may introduce the program in other countries later on.

It looks like expert sellers are UK and USA only. I understand expert sellers receive a fee for helping others to improve their performance as an ebay seller.
