How do I open an Unpaid Item case?

Absolutely had non-payers up to here (indicates significant height with hand) as I'm just absolutely beset by them at present.

Just dealing with my seventh or eighth on the trot and wanting to open a good, old fashined Unpaid Item case and I just don't seem to have any avenue to do so.

I click on "Report a buyer", then "open an unpaid item case"  and the only options coming up are:

 - Out of stock or damaged
 - Buyer asked to cancel
 - Issue with buyer's delivery address
NOWHERE is an option to actually indicate that the Buyer is actually a non payer.

Hoping the brains trust can tell me if "non payer" is even a thing on eBay anymore?

There ought to be a 'buyer did not pay' (or similar)

Has it been more than 4 days?

Are you on the app or the real site?

Edit. Took a wee while to find the link Sandy...............

4 days to the minute>>>>cancel transaction>>>>buyer hasn't paid....then it will ask you if you want to re-list (otherwise it will go to your unsold items)

Has it been more than 4 days now (and eBay mean 'to the minute', so 4 days after the exact time a minute after it sold)

Seem to be more prevalent and coming out from under the rock lately.

Have to wait the 4day waiting period for cancellation of non payment.

In the meantime, just relist and block these dead beat bidders.

Bit of bad advise here,  dont relist until the 4 days has expired and case settled,  if you do relist before that, and they happen to pay,  OP will be hit with a strike due to nil stock.
