To add to that, once that arrow is opened, right down the bottom of that section in really small writing is Download a Report. Click on that, it will ask you to sign in, then follow the rest of the info above.
If you get a message congratulating you for having no defects, let me know and I'll give you instructions for the long way to find out. Until very recently, I couldn't download a report, so had to do it the long way.

OK thanks from me too.
I also had trouble getting past the little arrow but once I found which one you meant then I was able to get the report.
All it shows tho is the item No. & transaction ID and the date. It does not give a buyer ID against it.
But you can deduce that by sifting thru your orders on that date and figure out who was the buyer who dinged your stars.
We have one at the moment who left us glowing POS FB but has left a 1, 2 or 3 star rating for as described. Going by the FB she seemed to be extrememly happy so perhaps it was an erroneous mouse click.
I'm thinking I might contact her in the nicest possible way and ask about this one.
If I can get the buyer, thru messages, to admit she made an error then I might have a chance to have the defect removed.

ok: it is a bit hard to see - look for the little blue writing near the bottom of the screen just under Cancelled Transactions - click on "download a report", it will ask you to sign in again

and then you get this:

and you click on the blue "expand" button; it will give you item nos and transaction nos.
I just put the item number in search and it shows me what the item was and I can check the order details for the seller's name.
If it is too old for search, I can always find it in paypal.
