After all these years the Op either has worked it out or no longer cares.
Any item less than 2cm packed can be sent as a letter. 200g should be $3.00. <125g should be $2. I don't see where $2.07 would come into it, assuming the item was posted in Australia, and you are not simply pulling numbers out of somewhere as an excuse to drag up an old thread. One that is pretty much irrelevant after this time, having been overtaken by postage increases/policy changes.

Um, this is a new hypothesis. Really? You think so?

I believe some sellers own a post office or have connections to one where they can undercut better deals which can give them the competitive edge against other Australian sellers
What gives you that idea? LPO operators cannot just make up their own rules. They have to charge the same rates for services as any other Post Office.
Larger sellers can get good contract rates that are not available to smaller sellers but that is the same in most businesses.....there are economies of scale in most industries.

Sorry you are wrong there. I purchased.a product on ebay from local store. (in same postcode) It arrived the next day. When I sell on ebay, my cheapest with Australia post is 6.95 (incluse tracking).
The product i purchased was 3.95 including free delivery. Explain that to me.
I also trying to find the cheapest wat to send with traxking.
you appear to be replying to a post that is more than 5 years old, so the person you are telling that they are wrong will probably not see your contribution.
Postage prices and Aust Post delivery practices have changed in the 5 years since this thread started, so it is not a good idea to comment on facts and figures that are not correct today BUT were correct at the time they were posted (unless you have a tardis and a working sonic screwdriver).

I would like to know how some sellers can post so cheap to overseas countries...A buyer in USA said He gets shirts sent there from Australia for $12au....The cheapest I could do with tracking and a post bag was $33...I checked some listings and the lowest I found was $23au..I dont know how they could shipthat cheap .Tracking alone takes up most of the costs.

A lot of large sellers will absorb some or all of the postage costs.
Also, large stores/sellers can get very good contract rates from both Australia Post and couriers.
Small sellers like yourself can only dream of the rates that large users of the postal system or couriers can get. You just cannot compete on postage so you need to have something else going for you if you want to sell overseas.
