You can't after the item is already sold like kopes said.
Don't know what you're on about because if a seller said after I purchased an item that the postage was incorrect and could I pay more,
well pigs **bleep** and bad luck as it's not my problem the seller got the postage wrong.
So sellers need to either charge a flat rate or calculate before buyer pays.

If calculated postage is not an option, you use rate tables.
