How hard

Was just having a look around and noticed this listing {I had better watch myself here } this is the heading  gold tone fashion jewllery .In this day and age how can you make so many spelling mistakes or am i just picky on looking at all his listings spelling is much the same .I think I would be wondering if they could spell an address .I would be very worried .Would  it be polite to tell the seller  or better just to let them carry on.

If I was to make such mistakes I think I would like to be told

Re: How hard

Unless the majority of potential buyers have the exact issues with spelling, they are unlikely to attract any sales. But given the grasp of English of the average person, they may have well hit on the best, current 'spelling' of the word.

English may not be their first language.

Re: How hard

And if I felt a seller needed a heads up (which in my experience will not be appreciated) I would just drop them a line, not run it through a forum first.

Re: How hard

OP, just send the people with spelling errors a link to CS - plenty of spelling nazis over there to get em on the straight and narrow.

Re: How hard

G'day Crikey, what's CS? I'm a closet spelling nazi & might want to join! Lol!(Being born in chermany might help me!) The listing is good for a chuckle though-especially "no overseas byers".

Re: How hard

It's another eBay Discussion Board, Tuck - Community Spirit or CS....

There's a few over there who are very serious about other people's spelling.
