How is this for Australia Post =/

The Australia Post courier hurled it out of his van and into my customers neighbours garden.

I just sent another express post, and when the express post arrived the neighbour found the parcel and gave it to me.

All good my customer wants to buy both anyways.

Good old AP.

Bad story for AP...but a good news story for the honesty of the buyer's neighbour (not keeping it), and the buyer's honesty (telling you they got it in the end).

You got to sell two instead of one, so a win for you in the end, too!

I am a bit upset. But I am not sure if I need to go to the extent of complainig to AP.

I gave the customer that option, for me to complain about it.

The fact it turned out well doesn't excuse it, no.

can understand being upset. I'd be a bit upset if I was the buyer, too. Luckily I've had good delivery guys. When I hear stuff like this, I think I am very lucky!

hopefully it was a one-off...guess the buyer will be complaining if it happens to them again with another parcel.

wow, you had such a bad experience. i hope you write a very terse letter to AP letting them know your a very unhappy customer.

they will prolly give you free postage for a month as compensation.

perhaps you should send the driver a book on being a better delivery man.
