Hi,
I was just wondering how long you give someone to make contact after they have won an item? One of my items sold last Saturday and I've heard nothing. Now I understand that Qld and NSW have been through floods but I've even had people pick up items from me who have come from flooded areas such as Gympie recently. I've sent them two emails so far and they have not replied, this is a first for me, so I'm not sure what to do.
Cheers
Cindy

You can always check if they have been active on eBay;have they left FB or bid on anything (but check the dates they made the bids). If they did in the last couple of days then do not wait and open the dispute.

I had a seller make no contact recently after 9 days or so. She was from the Gold Coast, so I left it a while since she had wonderful feedback and was a top seller.
She wrote to me yesterday & we extremely apologetic. (not her fault). She had not had power, but has posted the item. She just couldn't reach me to inform me of that. I received it today.
The floods have affected a lot of transactions lately.
