How many free listings with Managed Payments

Are the 250,000 just a one off? Or every month? TIA for your help to those who've been on MP for a while. 

I know this was discussed on an earlier thread, but am interested to know how it panned out.

• All sellers with an Australian registration address are entitled to 250,000 free insertion fees per month for items listed in auction-style or fixed price format in most categories, including relisted items and listings that are ended early.

If appears that the 250,000 is for everybody on management payments, not just stores.

Mine too, yesterday, but I'm not being charged for new or relists, so I guess the 250,000 applies. As I have the MP T&Cs available, I didn't feel any need to panic.
