I notice that a bidder that has not paid me has the last 5 transactions also not paid. How long can they get away with doing this.?
Winning item after item and never paying or communicating.?

Short answer, eBay will not remove them regardless of how many strikes they have. Check the members I am "following" to see what I am talking about. EBay depend on sellers not knowing they can open an unpaid item dispute to get their fees back. They make a lot of money from fees not refunded. Therefore, they are happy to let serial non payers continue.
Best thing you can do is have buyer requirement blocks in place to stop the serial non payers. If you'd had blocks in place, this buyer wouldn't have been able to buy from you if the previous 5 sellers opened and closed a dispute. Set the non payment option to 2 in 12 months http://offer.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences
Don't forget to add this buyer to your blocked buyer list so they can't try and buy from you again. http://offer.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin
If you run auctions, always check a bidders feedback if there is time before the auction ends. Sometimes you can pick up if they have history. More important to check their feedback left for others. Some buyers like to leave a lot of bad feedback and you can cancel their bids before they have a chance to trash your feedback too.

I think you guys are being stalked.
I can't see which one? All I can see is that we are following them. I could only see followers on one and didn't see me or the others in there. Can you give me the first initial of the one that is "stawking" us? I'm intrigued!

LOL, it's all good! I was a bit worried I was being "stawked"! I got the idea from Tazz I think, about "following" bad buyers so it's easy to send others there to see, without breaking forum rules.

I'm curious as to how you know that a particular bidder hasn't paid for their last 5 transactions?
If a buyer/bidder doesn't pay, sellers should open an UPI dispute to get their fees back AND then ebay allocates a strike against their ID. 2 strikes and those who have their selling blocks in place won't encounter this particular buyer for a minimum of 6 months (I think?).
However, instead of opening a UPI, some sellers unfortunately give the non-payer a green dot (maybe that's what you are referring to, regarding the last 5 transactions) yet in the content of the feedback show a negative experience with the buyer ........... This has little effect on their ability to buy really.

Positive experience - I learnt this buyer doesn't pay.
Naturally I always issue strikes for unpaid items.
AHAHAHAHA! Love it! I might have to use that one. Opened an UPI today on a 5 feedback buyer. It would stand out amongst his 5 feedback.
Tried to open 3 more on a repeat buyer who has previously spent quite a few hundred bucks over several transactions. She bought 3 more things before Christmas and said she was still wanting to buy other things. Sent her several messages over the last week. We'd been communicating quite a bit and discussing non eBay things, like life in general. Haven't heard anything back.
Checked her buying activity on "that" site and she's been buying nearly every day since Christmas. I thought having young kids she may have gone away for a break, but it's been long enough. Went to open an UPI, sorry, too late! So, I had to opt for sending a cancellation using "unresponsive buyer" option. Not sure if that triggers a defect or not. I don't really care at this point, one item I was 2 weeks away from losing my fees. I doubt I'll leave her any feedback, as much as I'd like to put something like the above!
Next time I won't be so lenient! Regardless of how many messages get sent back and forth like old friends.
