This may be written somewhere else on the forum but I am having trouble finding an answer...
Are we talking 100 - 125 - 150 listings?? I just have to figure out if having a store is going to be worth it after September 15th. That said, if it isn't, I don't know where else to go that has the exposure Ebay does.
So angry I can't talk right now. X-(

The big jump of the store subscription fee is just ridiculous. I am going to close my store! Very very disappointed about these changes from eBay!

It's only $12.50 extra a week.
If you can't afford that, you probably shouldn't have a store in the 1st place.
Just be a private seller without a store.

I am shattered by this price hike too.I set up my store as a bit of a hobby and then it became neccessary to help with finances when my husband passed away suddenly.Seriously thinking of closing the store and rotating stock on the 30 day free listing option.
eBay were very sneaky with their price changes in March. They knew it would attract more small operators to open a store. Now the stores are open and attracting sales they hike the price up to gobble up the profits.Yes we could change all our prices to cover the increase but are we going to be able to compete with the overseas influence.I think not.I dont work for eBay I work for myself.Going to be doing some serious homework between this invoice and the next.
I am in a similar situation, wth lots of small sales, running at G.T.C.
I cannot see they are offering 30 day free listings, just 30 free listings a month (and they are for a max of 10 days), or am I missing something???
This new subscription fee is aimed at allowing the more serious businesses on eBay to continue operating a Store, while individual sellers should consider taking advantage of the 30 free listings* available every month.
