How to I stop someone from following me on eBay?

Hi. I have just noticed that I have an ex as one of my followers on Ebay. I'm very freaked out by it and don't feel it's any of his business what I sell or buy. It feels very stalkerish to me! Is there any way to stop someone from viewing what you sell or buy? Very grateful for any help please. Thank you, B.

I stopped selling on eBay because of this very issue, I had a stalker who would fill in online forms with my details and use items i purchased online as my second name.
So i would get calls from solar, insurance, banks, ETC all using my  correct details , but with my second name being an eBay product name i recently purchased.  This went on for years.
This is a real problem, stalkerBay should fix this,
I worked hard to keep my 100% reputation, why should i start from scratch?

I only  use a desktop  for ebay so I don't know what appears if your using an ebay application  on your phone but where  does it state who is following you? my just says I have 500 plus followers

This thread dates back to 2015 - about 8½ years ago.

Things have changed on eBay since that time. The OP’s issue has presumably long since been sorted out - so resurrecting this thread, long buried in the loamy soil of time, is probably not the best thing to do.

You can check the date of previous posts on a thread by looking at the top right of a post, and thereby avoiding turning old threads into zombie threads. You’ll also get much more in the way of relevant replies by creating a new thread (going to the Buying or to the Selling board as appropriate, and clicking onto the blue button to “Start a conversation”).

I suspect a moderator will be along to lock this old thread…
