How to block overseas buyers

Hi, could someone tell me how to block overseas buyers, can't remember how.

Just below HANDLING TIME on the Sell page....tick NO INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE....then it will only show on the Aussie site

Even though you tick "no international postage" , this does not stop anyone from overseas from bidding. I have lost count of the amount of times it has happened to me, along with all the wasted time and emails to cancel the sale.You have to also exclude all of the countries on the "will not post to" list. Your listing will still be seen by anyone overseas, but if you exclude their country, they can't bid.

thanks ivak, done it  excluded all the other continents and trolled through oceania excluding every place except australia, hopefully that will suffice
