How to change delivery method once sold?

Hi.  Ive sold an item and the buyer paid for eBay postage (quite a lot as its a bulky item).  Now they're going to pick up from me instead.  How do I reconcile this in Ebay?  I only seem to have an option to print postage label, but I want to be able to process this now as a pick up item.  The buyer is actually going to purchase another item from me (not advertised on eBay) with money they had paid for the postage, so no refund is needed.  I just need to square this away with eBay so it doesnt look like i failed to post it.

The usual way would be to refund the postage. That would get your fees back.

If you are not going to do that, mark the item as sent, wear the fees on postage, and hope your buyer is honest. Without proof of postage you open yourself to an Item Not Received (INR) claim.

I don't believe you can change the postage method post-sale.

I trust my buyers, so I would refund and collect the cash money for the additional item on pick up. I have done it several times in the past.
