How to find out that combined postage is enabled on the item i am selling. After i have listed my items for sale.

On your listing, next to Postage click on See Details and it should show the Postage cost for 1 item and then the cost for adding any additional items.

This is what is showing on your hairbow listing under the Postage tab if I enter 3 as the quantity.
