As a seller you cannot leave a neg for a buyer, nor can you leave a positive with negative comments in it and if the buyer complains about the feedback, you'll get a slap from eBay.
Just follow through with an "unpaid item dispute" if they then don't pay they'll get a strike and you'll get your fees back and be able to relist the item.
