To be honest, doing business on ebay, i cannot really see there are much customer's care from Ebay, or say they value their customers. As a seller we pay so much fees....but really when we ask for service, then you have to beg.
i got one listing removed today by ebay due to a listing violation, however had confirmed with the rep on the phone about 2 weeks ago, got a GreenLight. and also sent follow up message to EBAY but no reply whatsoever.
spent about 1 hour on the phone today, got the textbook answer, and keep getting " that's all we can do", " we can escalate your problem, but you wont get any feedback from us" How excellent service EBAY is providing.
As a seller, strongly feel that EBAY is the one " MONEY, yes, Service, sorry"
