Seems stange to ask this after selling successfully internationally for many years. Now find that registered post is no good with no tracking, and have one lost 1 now and australia post need up to 60 days to find it. Needless to say buyer has a full refund. Been told track and pack only tracks out of Australia then after customs will be trackable again, so is that a better option now?
My second question is if a seller gets charged customs their end and decides not to pay, the parcel will never be trackable in that time as will be still in customs, so they can just claim a refund - that is what I suspected happened already. Anyone know what happens then please?

The item has been returned to me. It was in customs and the buyer refused to pay, and after I contacted ebay they have told me the seller is in the right as it did not get to be delivered to their home. Austpost did say once it left customs it would be trackable somehow, and ebay did find it as ebay replied in 1 email to let me know it was in customs and after not being collected it was being sent back to me. A few phone calls later after ebay 3 times not putting me thru to the right person I did manage to get my ebay fees back. After all the item to them now has been refunded and not sold.
Now need to phne ebay UK to try and get my postage refunded. Twice on emailing them they noted I was reporting myself!!! They must think I have lost it and need to complain about myself??? Must admit emailing ebay and getting those strange replies may do that to a person!!! lol
