I have just purchased Brother QL-570 printer, i want to print just address shipping labels in the 'standard address label' template.
In my printer i have the 100 labels die cut standard address label sample included with the printer installed
I have installed drivers and p touch software
I have printed 1 label fine using p touch but i have to manually type the address, i would like to print more than 1 order at once
These are the steps i do.
1) Print Address Labels or Invoices i select 3rd option (address labels ( 1 per page) )
2) Click continue and it takes me to a white page that shows all the addresses in that format, right click and print
3) In the print menu i select as photo shows, then click apply and print
4) Now the window closes as normal and i'm expecting labels to be printed but nothing is happening at all as if i did nothing.
Can someone advise how i use it.
Thanks

Go into Control Panel, Devices And Printers make sure the printer you are using has a Tick at it as the Default Printer. Not the Not the Microsoft XPS Document Writer.. Hope this helps.

It is many years since I used my computer to print sheets of labels as I invested in a Dymo label printer and then came click & send and now ebay print label
From memory I always used the print label option in Word or Works, you need to have the names and addresses in a database.
You don't need a P command (unless your bladder is full LOL), if you are using windows then ctrl + P will always print regardless of what printer you are using.

it is already like that, it still doesn't work.
do you personally use this printer?

I have one, but could never work it out. I just copy and paste the addresses from PayPal notifications to the printer label. You should be using the paypal address anyway, to qualify for paypal cover ... not the ebay address.

We have the brother QL-500 label printer.
We simply copy/paste the PayPal shipping address into the label template we set up for the label rolls we have bought and print straight from the P-Touch software. Sometimes you have to fiddle with the address layout slightly to make it fit the label properly.
Very simple for us. No need to use any other labelling software or methods at all. At the moment we are sending around 10-15 envelopes per day. In better days this would normally be 25-30 per day.
Most of our things go out by large letter tho. If we get an order big enuff for a parcel we use click n send 500gm ebay satchels. Sometimes the 500gm express post satchels if the buyer chooses that option.

And far less prone to human error in hand-writing an address onto an envelope.
