Hubbed eBay Returns

Hi Everyone

We are noticing we are not receiving our returned items yet they are being marked as delivered when customer who use Hubbed as a return option for ebay.

No photo proof or signature is provided. And eBay then forces us to refund the customer as it's marked as "delivered"

Something dodgy going on with this hubbed system..

Hubbed eBay Returns

If it was returned with Aust Post postage contact Aust Post and ask for a photo of the delivery.

Hubbed eBay Returns

We are having constant issues with Hubbed, does anyone know if you can "opt out" of using them and just use Aus Post for returns. Parcels have gone missing, been "delivered" outside of our business hours and then nobody knows where they are. Hubbed customer service is basically running in a slow circle. Super frustrating, any advice would be great. Thanks team ๐Ÿ™‚

Hubbed eBay Returns

Hi, @salvostores,

You may find fewer replies because of a board technical problem. The threads are not being sorted according to latest reply, so newly posted-on threads could be buried well below the overview page and many people wonโ€™t even see it.

I think you may need to set up an RMA number option to stop eBay from automatically providing buyers with an eBay return label. Typically eBay donโ€™t say in which circumstances theyโ€™ll do this (automatically), and while the policy states it will be AP or Hubbed, there doesnโ€™t appear to be any way to preference/exclude one or the other.

But the RMA number option does seem to do the trick.

Orโ€ฆ you can send a label in the parcel, and instruct the buyer to use that if returning an item.

I hope that helps.

(And if you need further replies, it might be a good idea to start a completely new thread as that will at least be seen by others here!)
