Unable to mark item sold and claim payment

I have delivered an item to a buyer after it was paid for, but I can't access the money in my account because eBay wants me to enter the buyer's 6-digit code, located in their confirmation email. But I didn't scan a pickup code when I dropped it off. What can I do now to have my payment released? The buyer has left me a review which confirms that I have delivered it.

go to HELP at top of page & let eBay know that buyer has left feedback......good luck!
