NOT HAPPY AS ALL BIDDERS ARE CANCELING AS THEY MAY THINK THAT THE FIRST BIDDER CANCELED BECAUSE HE INSPECTED THE ITEM FOR SALE AND FOUND SOMETHING NOT RIGHT WITH IT. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL. IF PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO JUST CANCEL BIDS JUST AS THE FEEL LIKE THIS DOES NOT LOOK GOOD SIGNED mopar 1947

The first one to retract their bid of $200 has 21 bid retractions so this is something seem to do a lot.
When buyer retract their bid they are only given 3 options to pick from
1 Can not contact seller, If they have had no contact with you with before retracting their bid you can report them for invalid bid retraction.
2 Seller changed the description, If you have added anything after the bidder placed a bid then they can retract their bid but if there was nothing added to the description after bids were placed then you can report them for invalid bid retraction.
3 Entered wrong amount. If they picked that as the option then they are meant to rebid with their correct amount straight away. If they do not do this you can report them for invalid bid retraction.

But in the end it is better to have them retract their bids rather than have to open a non payer disputes to get your fees back which will take 8 days in total.

I would certainly report them for excessive bid retractions, I reported somebody last week who cancelled a bid saying they had entered the wrong amount, bit difficult as they were the first bidder, and they did not make another bid. How accurate it is I do not know but ebay claimed that action had been taken agaist the member. They only had 7 retractions in the last year.
