I Have Just Issued A Refund Can The Buyer Still Leave Feedback?

I have just refunded a buyer his money because the Address Postcode did not match where he wanted it sent can he/she still leave feedback after a Complete refund was sent.??

hi, wondering why you needed to refund the buyer ? couldnt you just change the delivery address on the invoice/order form/parcel ? that is if the post was the same , i am thinking you were using satchels..cheers

ive been using the c/s label system for awhile now, that can be printed after payment BUT its going to be a messy thing to redo the invoice showing the buyers ebay address to the buyers paypal address after the buyer has paid just because only after they pay can we see their paypal address.. 8{ .. ??
i still think ebay needs to cross ref with paypal ..if the govt can do it !!??

what about gifts to other people ..do we not do that for a buyer?? i buy things for my brother interstate & just change the send to address to the seller .. oh well .. so it begins !

that would be good if it was the case esp after what happened to me but it isnt ..ebay says buyers are able to leave their opinions right or wrong ..in my case anyway 8[

oh..maybe thats what i did wrong.. so she were able to leave feedback..
i know she didnt pay ..i cancelled the sale ; ..no thats right , she left neg feedback 2 months after i cancelled the sale .. ! 8[

If the buyer pays with Paypal, the address showing against the sale after that point (payment) will be the address selected at checkout, for both eBay and Paypal.

As far as having a city in the suburb field, the address parser in eBay seems to be AP's. At least they pick up the same errors. From my experience, REPLACING the city with the suburb works fine.

Spot on, never edit the customers address even if it’s a single letter or digit which can void your eBay protection. Contact the buyer to verify, that way everything is recorded.
