They will reappear each time they autorelist, the system checks on relisting and prompts every time, so you will have to confirm every cycle. That's just the way it works. The only way to get rid of the prompts is to provide specifics for everything. If, like me, you can't do that for your items, then you just have to live with being prompted each time they relist.
