I only looked at a few listings, but they all said under the return policy "7 day money back, seller pays return postage".
This will apply to change of mind returns, so if you don't want to pay for postage in those cases, you'll need to change your return policy to 'buyer pays return postage'. (You'll still be obliged to pay for return postage for INAD requests)

You had better quickly do a bulk edit if you dont want to honour that.

It could have something to do with the Spring seller release. At the very least, all returns for periods under 30 days will/have default to 30 days.
I think I've set all mine to no returns, but I'm going to relist individually for a while longer to make sure. And to remove the catalogue option for the 10%+ fiction paperbacks that are allegedly audio books or textbooks.

A quick method of bulk editing would be to set up a business policy for returns.
That could be applied to all your listings at once.

yes that has happened to me on another ID call them and report it.

Absolutely no point in reporting glitches as they will not be acted upon.
(I think most here will be in agreement)
Some faults reported years ago still exist (postage label font sizes incorrect).
We are solely responsible for finding our own workarounds (unfortunately).
User support is not exactly a strength at eBay.
